In Person Event Cancellations

Since these are such intensive and limited number courses, no full refunds will be given unless another participant can take your place. Our courses sell out really quickly and we have a waitlist of people wanting to join, we will try our best to find a replacement participant for you. 

As long as we/you can fill your place we can do one of three things.

  1. Move you to another course in the future
  2. Credit your account, so you can purchase again when you are ready
  3. Refund you the cost of the course, as per details below.

Academy Membership Cancelation

You may cancel your monthly or yearly Restoring Excellence Academy – Clinical Excellence subscription at any time via the Manage Subscription page, but due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid.

Once you cancel, your membership will be downgraded to Dentistry Fundamentals- Free membership and you will no longer have access to the Clinical Excellence member content, including all videos and resources, once your current membership period is completed.

When cancelling your Restoring Excellence Academy Clinical Excellence membership, it is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you not wish to be re-billed.

We can accept order cancellations for change of mind if the request has been received prior to you accessing the content.  All order cancellations will attract a 20% cancellation fee. All order cancellations must be written and the email must match the order email address. Refunds ​- Live in Person Events

In the event that a replacement participant can take your place a refund to your credit card will be conducted by us via the website payment gateway within 5 working days.

Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.

Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Event Cancellation

If any course does not fill to capacity we reserve the right to cancel the course at no notice. We will try to give you as much notice as possible but will not be held responsible for any travel and or accommodation costs if this happens. You will receive a full course refund if we have to cancel any courses.

Image, Video and Audio media Release

By attending this event, I give permission for restoring excellence to take and use images, video and audio of me for promotional purposes, not limited to but including all media, brochures, posters, website and social media sites and other media both online and in print.
